Indigenous reconciliation is one of the highest priorities of the Government of British Columbia, which makes the BC Cabinet and First Nations Leaders’ Gathering one of the most important annual events for the provincial government.

Since 2015, the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation and First Nations Leadership Council have relied on Pace Group to provide comprehensive event management services for the event, which brings together more than 1,000 delegates, including First Nations leaders, the Premier, BC ministers and community representatives, for two days of plenary sessions, break-out discussions, and over 800 one-on-one meetings.

Through our event management and communications support, we are honoured to have helped the Gathering become an essential platform for advancing respectful government-to-government relationships and supporting Indigenous reconciliation.
