Landmark Premiere Properties is a respected developer of high-quality, multi-family residences in the Lower Mainland. Recognizing that large scale, higher-density projects can be contentious, especially in tight-knit communities, Landmark turned to us when it launched a luxury condominium project with three 24-storey towers in White Rock.

To support Landmark, we developed a multi-faceted public relations strategy to introduce the company to the community, build trust in its leadership team and generate support for its Foster Martin project. As the project made its way through the City of White Rock’s approval process, we provided community, media and government relations support that included media training, media advisories, news releases, social media strategy and organizing public meetings to introduce the developer to the community and future neighbours who might be directly impacted by the project.

Through the execution of a strategic communication plan that stresses transparency and community values, Landmark has come to be recognized in White Rock as a respected developer committed to supporting the local community.

In addition to our success with Foster Martin, we have helped Landmark by organizing the opening of its The Stanton development in Vancouver’s Kerrisdale neighbourhood, writing/editing homeowner “manuals” for Foster Martin Residents and writing Landmark’s (successful) application for the 2020 Georgie Awards for local developers.
